Throedma Tersa refers to the Dudjom Tröma Nakmo teachings—a profound terma (revealed treasure) cycle within Tibetan Buddhism centered on Tröma Nakmo, the Black Wrathful Dakini, the principal deity of the Chöd (Severance) practice.
Revealed by Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche, this cycle emphasizes cutting through ego-clinging, fear, and attachment by symbolically offering one’s own body to all beings. Through powerful visualization, mantra, and ritual, practitioners transform obstacles and inner demons into the path of liberation, cultivating fearlessness, compassion, and direct insight into emptiness.
At Padmacholing Retreat Centre, the practice is upheld and carried out in accordance with the authentic lineage principles of the great Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche’s heart son, Lama Chemi Rinpoche, as well as Lama Rinzin Norbu Rinpoche and Khoma Rinpoche, ensuring the continuity of pure transmission and experiential realization.
Throedma Tersa is regarded as a complete and swift path for profound inner transformation, traditionally practiced by dedicated yogis and yoginis under genuine and unbroken lineage guidance.

Circumambulating the Great Eight Auspicious Stupas of the Buddha is a sacred practice that vividly represents the life of the Buddha and his teachings as they unfolded more than 2,000 years ago. Known as the Dechey Chorten Gyé—the Eight Auspicious Stupas—each stupa symbolizes a major event in the Buddha’s enlightened journey and serves as a powerful support for accumulation of merit and wisdom.
H.E. Lama Jangchu Dorji Rinpoche consistently teaches devotees that the Eight Auspicious Stupas enshrined here are exceptionally blissful and rare. It is extremely difficult to construct such a complete and authentic set, as they are built according to a very specific and profound zung (relic-enshrinement) tradition. This unique and complete architectural and ritual system is known as Suktur Demik Zhung, a form that is exceedingly rare and virtually unmatched anywhere in the world.
Circumambulating these stupas as much as possible is considered immensely auspicious, bringing deep purification, blessings, and spiritual merit. Adding to their sacredness, the stupas also contain relics of the great master, the 3rd Drubwang Pema Norbu Rinpoche, further enhancing their power as objects of devotion and liberation.
